"Until now, I have always written to try to resolve one or more problems that I encountered in my life, in the hope that this work will also be useful to others. It's a little disconcerting to do so simply, this time, to share one of the stratagems by which I keep the flame of my vitality burning - to speak of pleasure. Of all the works that appear on digital culture, I do not have never read anything about this scattered community that I myself joined almost ten years ago: that of online image collectors, who accumulate and share over the days, on Instagram, Tumblr, Flickr or Pinterest, art photographs, paintings, drawings that they like. This seemingly innocuous activity represents my equivalent of the list of "Things that make the heart beat" drawn up by Sei Shônagon, lady-in-waiting of the Empress Consort of Japan, in her Bedside Notes, in the 11th century. In an increasingly desperate world, I want to reclaim this primary and stubborn relationship with beauty, this confidence in the support it offers, making us pole vaulters momentarily torn from gravity and catapulted into the air , free and light, before falling back... elsewhere."
