• Product Description
In order to collect the stories of former steelworkers, the collective has joined forces with the young FerroForum, which is dedicated to the "iron knowledge" of the women and men of the red soil.
Inspired by the multiple taste influences brought by migration that fed the hunger of the heavy industry, the two teams concocted, between the two former factories of Dudelange and Schifflange, via the workers' gardens their recipe book "GUDDEN APPETIT" which deals with snacks in the mine and in the factory, canteens and parties as well as more or less "do-it-yourself" cooking devices, while speaking the question of alcoholism, the role of women and family stories.
