Mudam Luxembourg Musée d’Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean on the occasion of the
60th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale Di Venezia, this publication accompanies the performative sound based project A Comparative Dialogue Act by artists Andrea Mancini and the collective Every Island hosted in the Luxembourg Pavilion.
This publication is a prequel to the exhibition and includes an introduction by Bettina Steinbrügge, Director of Mudam Luxembourg; a commissioned essay by writer and musician Dan Fox a curatorial statement by Joel Valabrega, curator of the pavilion; alongside a rich visual contribution by the commissioned artists.
It will later be complemented by a vinyl record released at the end of the Biennale, comprising the resulting activity that will have taken place at the pavilion over six months.
