1. How do you define your concept / style / brand?
Organic forms, bio-based materials, parametric design

2. What are the responsible values, actions that your brand conveys? Why are they important to you?

I'm 3D printing with organic materials (mainly clay) to reduce the use of plastic in the creation process. 3D printing with sustainable and locally sourced materials reflects Äerd Lab's long-term goal of 3D printing clay houses instead of concrete.

3. Which of your creations do you like the most? Why do you like it the most?
My favorite creations are those referring to plant motifs through their form and cups, because they accompany my clients in everyday life, which is of particular value to me as a creator.

4. Tell us your story, your link with Luxembourg ?

I moved to Luxembourg in 2019 and worked as an architect. The vision of 3D printed eco-houses has been absorbing me for a long time and I decided to try to implement this multi-stage plan here, starting with ceramics. Especially since the Greater Region is rich in clay from which traditional ceramic products are made and at the same time suitable for construction!

5. Give us a story on the “Made in Luxembourg

The name Äerd Lab arose because the word Äerd, meaning both planet and earth as material, only exists in this form in Luxembourgish. Hence the name of my brand emphasizes that it was founded in Luxembourg and aims to use local resources.
